Our firm of consultant represents a coalition of specialized skills that is geared to offer sound financial solutions and advices. Experienced company secretaries, typically drawn from legal and/or commercial work in varying fields and industries.

J&C brings together skills and experience gained from administering a broad range of corporate actions, from capital raisings and takeovers to start-ups and emerging companies. Of course, our people are also very skilled in managing and delivering the day-to-day requirements of company administration.

Our mission is to make compliance and good governance as easy as possible for companies and we are known for the innovative ways in which we assist listed entities.

In 2008, we developed a Management Training Program for working professionals and students. The course is now delivered to needed students. We have a plan to merge with one of the reputed management institute in India in near future.
